Overview

The Integrated Behaviour Hub is designed to support schools in providing effective support for students who struggle in a full time mainstream environment and need dedicated extra support throughout the week to ensure improved behaviour and therefore successful engagement in education.

Our Behaviour Hubs model is a unique approach that embeds the consistency and quality of Think for the Future mentoring curriculum delivery, alongside a high support model designed to ensure that your identified students receive consistent and high quality support from a dedicated full time TFTF Mentor.

Our objective is to provide partner schools with a cost-effective, in-school alternative to reduced timetables and part-time off-site provisions to help your higher tier students to stay integrated in mainstream education while receiving daily support, improving outcomes and optimising resource allocation.

How it works

The Integrated Behaviour Hub operates by allocating a dedicated TFTF mentor full-time to your school. This mentor works closely with the targeted students, providing both personalised mentoring and comprehensive support services including parental engagement, form time, daily mentoring sessions, lunchtime support and more, to address their individual needs.

Through regular, structured support the mentor helps students to drastically improve behaviour within the mainstream school, build resilience, improve their interpersonal skills and develop a positive attitude toward learning. All within the supportive environment of the school, reducing your school's reliance on part-time alternative provision and reduced timetables.

Our mentors are exceptional individuals who we are confident will thrive in their role within your school. Building strong rapport with your students is a key component of our provision, and through our partnership we collaborate closely with you to understand your school's specific needs.

All our staff undergo extensive training and are carefully managed by Think for the Future, with regular quality assurance observations conducted throughout the year to maintain the highest delivery standards.

We will be with you every step of the way, providing our expert support and guidance to ensure your Integrated Behaviour Hub operates in the best way to meet your needs.

Provision Management: Your assigned Programme Operations Manager works with you and your mentor to ensure that the provision is having the maximum impact within your school.
Line Management: We invest heavily in the line management of your mentor, supporting their welfare and professional development to ensure that they are operating at the highest possible level for your students.
Quality Assurance: We ensure the quality of the provision through robust processes, including regular in-school session observations conducted by your Operations Manager, utilising our comprehensive Quality Assurance and Appraisal Frameworks.

Monitoring and Review: Regular meetings and communication will be maintained with your Operations Manager and the wider TFTF team to assess progress and make adjustments to your provision as necessary.

The Integrated Behaviour Hub works with students who struggle with challenging behaviour in your mainstream setting and require regular support from your Senior Leadership Team to stay positively engaged within mainstream education. The Hub provides intensive support to students who may otherwise be accessing alternative provision 1-2 days per week, reducing your school's spend and optimising resource allocation by saving your SLT valuable time.

We work with you to build a timetable which incorporates the components of the Integrated Behaviour Hub which will best achieve your expected outcomes and ensure your high-tier students are receiving intensive, daily engagement.

The timetable includes:

Form time
Structured daily mentoring sessions for high-tier students
Weekly mentoring sessions for low-tier students
Reactive regulation/1-1 time for high-tier students
Lunch duty and structured lunchtime support
Parental engagement
Multi-agency connectivity

We are very transparent about our pricing and as a social enterprise we are motivated by our impact and not our wallets to ensure our provision is financially sustainable in the long term for our partner schools. We can provide a bespoke cost benefit analysis for your school outlining cost savings generated by this provision ie. reduction in Alternative Provision Spend.
